Watch your backyard transform from patchy, bare soil, mounds and dog-dug holes, into a lush, professional landscape. Our complete yard makeover services include soil preparation, grading, and premium sod installation for lasting results.
This comprehensive backyard transformation project tackled a challenging landscape plagued by patchy grass, bare soil patches, and numerous holes dug by dogs. The existing yard suffered from poor drainage, uneven grading, and sparse vegetation that created an unsightly and unusable outdoor space. Our team began with complete soil preparation, addressing drainage issues and leveling the terrain to create proper water flow and eliminate the muddy, problematic areas that had developed over time.
The transformation involved strategic grading to improve the yard's functionality, followed by professional sod installation using premium grass varieties suited to the local climate. We carefully prepared the soil foundation, ensuring proper nutrients and drainage before laying the new turf in precise patterns for seamless coverage, reworked the existing sprinkler system, in the process, bringing back the low mainteince water system from disrepair. The result is a lush, uniform lawn that not only looks beautiful but provides a durable, pet-friendly surface that can withstand heavy use while maintaining its pristine appearance throughout the seasons.
Additional renovations included a flagstone stepping walkway, refinished of existing painted and stained of decks, and matching, weed free, muclh areas in the front and back yards.
