Then the Back Porch was originally added on, the carpenters who did the work didn't enclose or finish the Rafter Tails/Soffit Box. Homeowner was placing the house up for sale and wanted to cover the weathered condition of the existing work with a nice, visually appealing Soffit Enclosure.
