Porch and Deck Improvements

Transform your weathered deck from worn and unsafe to beautiful and structurally sound with our comprehensive restoration services. We rebuild, repair, and enhance outdoor spaces to extend their life and boost your home's value.

This comprehensive deck restoration project transformed a severely weathered wooden deck that had deteriorated from years of exposure to the elements. The original decking showed extensive graying, splintering, and structural wear that made it both unsightly and potentially unsafe for family use. Our team carefully assessed the existing framework, replaced damaged boards, and reinforced key structural elements to ensure long-term stability and safety.

The restoration process included complete surface preparation, selective board replacement, and the installation of new, modified railing design and safety features. We paid special attention to proper spacing, secure fastening, and weather-resistant finishes to protect the investment. The result is a beautifully restored outdoor living space that not only looks fantastic but provides years of safe enjoyment for your family while significantly increasing your property value.

In addition to work.on the topside: we crafted and installed lattice, hinged, skirt-panels eneabling the homeowners to access and store under the deck, while keeping the children and racoons, etc. out from under the it.
