Fencing and Outdoor
Transform your property with a custom wooden privacy fence that combines superior craftsmanship with lasting durability. We handle complete fence replacement from foundation to finish, ensuring your outdoor space gets the privacy and style it deserves.
This comprehensive fence replacement project involved removing an aged wooden privacy fence and installing a brand-new custom cedar fence system with new post installations, some with new concrete footings, and others with reuse of existing footings (near the home), newly constructed, high quality buit frame, and premium cedar pickets. The existing fence had deteriorated over time, with warped boards and compromised structural integrity that no longer provided adequate privacy or curb appeal for the property.
Our team executed a complete tear-down and rebuild, starting with proper post placement and concrete footings to ensure long-term stability, and creating clean sight lines while maintaining full privacy. We carefully graded the soil along the fence line and installed the panels with precision spacing to accommodate natural wood movement. The project also included gate installation, withbuse if existing concrete footings that were in-between the house and the sidewalk, and proper drainage considerations to prevent future settling issues, delivering a beautiful and functional perimeter fence that will protect and enhance this property for decades to come.
